Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring – Handle job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and work pass applications/renewals.
Onboarding – Coordinate new hire onboarding, safety inductions, document collection, and verification of certifications/licenses.
HR Records & Documents – Maintain employee records in HRiQ, and prepare contracts, warning letters, and memos.
Time & Claims Management – Assist with attendance/timekeeping, manage work injury compensation, medical claims, and training registration.
Employee Support – Serve as a contact for HR queries and support performance reviews and engagement activities.
Confidentiality & Compliance – Ensure professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to HR policies and procedures.
Requirement:
Diploma studies.
Minimum 3 year of HR Admin experience.
Familiar with MOM work pass regulations and HR documentation processes.
Proficient in Microsoft application.
