Responsibilities:

• Maintain full sets of accounts including monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing.
• Prepare and reconcile balance sheet schedules, including bank and related party accounts.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of financial records.
• Perform group consolidation and ensure internal control compliance.
• Liaise with related and external parties for financial matters and reconciliation.
• Support external audit processes and provide necessary documentation.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts with variance analysis.
• Drive process improvements and streamline accounting workflows.
• Support the implementation of new processes, systems, and special projects.
• Prepare corporate income tax filings including ECI and Form C with related schedules.
• Ensure withholding tax compliance and research tax implications of transactions.
• Assist in developing transfer pricing documentation.
• Review GST treatment and implications for domestic and cross-border transactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in audit or commercial accounting.
• Experience handling tax matters and related party transactions is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with GST treatment for domestic and cross-border transactions.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and SFRS.
• Prior engagement with Big Four tax consultants or experience working at a Big Four firm is an added advantage.
