Data Centre Facilities Management Technician - #1114728

Job Responsibilities:

• The DCFM team shall be responsible for the 24 hours by 7 days per week management and maintenance of data centre infrastructure including M&E systems; building security systems; supporting the data centre operations; cleaning services and all supporting infrastructure to meet the data centre operating requirements.

• This shall include onsite monitoring of the data centre facilities, maintenance and fault rectification services for the data centre, develop and maintain processes and procedures for the operations and maintenance of the data centre.

• The DCFM team must include a full-time onsite team to attend to all fault calls and breakdowns. The duty personnel shall remain contactable and respond to callouts.

Requirements:

• A Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields) or Facilities Management is often preferred

• Relevant experience in facilities management, particularly in electrical and instrumentation maintenance, is often required.

• Strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Shift work required
