NPI Manager - #1114724

• Manage and oversee the entire NPI process from concept to production.

• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams to ensure alignment on project goals.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Lead cross-functional meetings and ensure timely resolution of issues.

• Drive continuous improvement in NPI processes and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress to stakeholders.

• Support pilot builds, production ramp-up, and post-launch reviews.

• Review processes to analyze, control and minimize deviations using statistical tools

• Follow-up on new processes to ensure processes are tested and stable before and during production

• Liaise with US, Malaysia and Singapore technical and engineering staffs to resolve any engineering issues that may occur from time to time

• Supervise and mentor direct reports, providing guidance, performance feedback, and development support.

• Perform other ad-hoc tasks/projects as and when assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in NPI, product development, or project management.

• Proven leadership experience, including managing direct reports or project teams.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and product lifecycle.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
