Location: China
Responsibilities:
Regional TA Strategy Development: Define and execute a talent acquisition strategy for SEA (including China & India) aligned with business growth, headcount planning, and market dynamics.
Stakeholder Partnership: Engage business leaders, hiring managers, and country HR teams in China & India to understand hiring needs, skills gaps, and timelines.
Full Cycle Recruitment Oversight: Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for positions across levels (senior/mid/junior) in China, India, and SEA; ensure hiring targets, time to fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience are met.
Local Market Adaptation: Develop sourcing and employer branding strategies suitable for China & India markets (adjusted for culture, regulations, hiring expectations).
Compliance & Labor Law: Ensure recruitment processes comply with relevant laws / regulations in China, India, and SEA countries (work permits, contracts, statutory requirements).
Talent Pipeline & Sourcing Channels: Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive talent; partnership with universities, agencies, online job boards; specialized recruiting where needed (technical, niche roles).
Metrics & Reporting: Track and report key TA metrics (time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, offer acceptance, attrition, diversity, etc.) across SEA / China / India; develop dashboards and insights to drive continuous improvement.
Team Management & Collaboration: Manage / support local recruitment teams; mentor and build capacity; ensure consistency of standards and processes.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: Promote employer value proposition across markets; ensure consistent and positive candidate journey.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s / MBA + HR specialization preferred.
At least 7‑10 years of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition with direct exposure in China & India, as well as SEA markets.
Deep knowledge of recruitment laws, employment practices, hiring norms, and regulatory compliance in China and India.
Strong sourcing / employer branding experience in those markets.
Excellent stakeholders & vendor management skills.
Proficiency with ATS / HRIS systems; strong analytical skills to monitor KPIs and dashboards.
