HR Executive
Responsibilities:
Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employees
Assist in up-to-date documents in the Employee's personal files i.e. filling and documentation
Responsible for preparing employment contracts and HR letters, monitor employee’s probation period, confirmation.
Perform recruitment, such as posting job advertisements in portals and candidate interview
To handle all MOM online Work Pass related matters ie application / renewal / cancellation / replacement of Work Pass (Including Arranging Dormitory, Security bond, i submit, purchase PCP).
To handle workers’ matters prepare contracts, home leave arrangement.
To liaise with government authority ie MOM pertaining to worker matters
Update employee database (including leave, childcare leave & make-up paid claim for Childcare)
Responsible for the yearly’s medical insurance and workman’s compensation renewal and liaise with Insurers / MOM on medical insurance / workmen’s compensation matters
Any ad-hoc duties when necessary
Job Requirements:
Achieve WSQ Higher Certificate in Human Resources or equivalent
Minimum 3 year in human resource administration
Experience in dealing with work pass and dormitories administration
Knowledge of ERP software
Experience managing HR functions in construction or landscape companies
Able to commence work within a short notice is an advantage
