Perform troubleshooting and give recommendations for repairs for Chillers, Cooling Tower, Chilled Water and Condenser Water Pumps under service agreement
Perform recommended repairs for the Chillers, Cooling Tower, Chilled Water and Condenser Water Pumps under service agreement
Liaise with customer technicians on maintenance/repair schedule.
Work closely with subcontractors to perform repair works
Perform 24/7 standby duty (rostered) for complaint and breakdown
Ensure safety procedures and conduct during service or repairs
Perform monthly routine service for Chillers, Cooling Tower, Chilled Water and Condenser Water Pumps under service agreement whenever assigned by supervisor

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in HVAC/M&E industry
