Key Responsibilities:
1. Assemble electrical and mechanical components following wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions.
2. Perform manual wiring, soldering, cable routing, and mechanical fastening.
3. Conduct visual inspections and functional tests on assembled units.
4. Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
5. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
7. Document work performed and report any defects or process improvements.
8. Assist in maintaining and improving assembly SOPs and work instructions.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training in electronics or mechanical assembly preferred.
2. Proven hands-on experience in electrical or mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment.
3. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly drawings.
4. Skilled in manual wiring, soldering, crimping, and mechanical fastening techniques.
5. Familiarity with electrical test equipment (multimeters, continuity testers) is a plus.
6. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
8. Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
