We are now looking for a Business Development Executive, come and be a part of our team!

What You'll Do

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through outbound activities like cold-calling and pitching across different markets.

• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, proposal, negotiation to closing.

• Achieve assigned sales targets that align with the Company’s objectives and directions

• Support revenue growth by upselling to existing clients and maintaining strong relationships.

• Maintain frequent contact and follow-ups with clients and partners to ensure their needs are met.

• Develop and nurture account relationships

• Collaborate with internal teams like Customer Success, Product & Engineering.

• Support leaders and the team by completing assigned operational tasks as needed.

Who You're

• 3-5 years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a tech or SaaS-related field.

• Proficiency in Cantonese/Mandarin and English is required. Additional language skills are a plus.

• Proven ability to pitch, prospect, and close deals across various account sizes, from general to key accounts.

• Strong experience in key account servicing, with a track record of successful upselling and cross-selling.

• Background in customer success (CS) and operations, preferably with experience and connections in the event tech or event industry.

• Highly motivated, quick learner, adaptable, agile, and results-driven.

• Familiarity with Salesforce and other relevant sales tools.
