Responsibilities:

• Perform various inspection tasks according to the laboratory schedule.

• Perform dimension measurements of three-coordinate, projector, height gauge, etc. according to the requirements of the drawings and issue reports.

• Perform dimension measurements of process start-up parts and process inspection parts according to the requirements of the inspection work instructions and feedback the results.

• Responsible for annual product dimension inspection and reporting.

• Responsible for the implementation of 5S in the measurement room.

• Regularly inspect the measuring equipment and monitor the ambient temperature and humidity as required.

• Report unqualified items or equipment problems to superiors in a timely manner.

• Summarize and archive various records and reports.

• Participate in the annual review of measuring tools and the provision of MSA data.

• Participate in the acceptance of measurement auxiliary tooling and process inspection tools.

• Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.          

                                                                    
Who we are looking for: 

• Nitec & Above in Mechanical or polymer materials or related studies

• More than 2 years of three-coordinate measuring machine (CMM) operation experience

• At least 2 years of injection moulding parts measurement experience.

• Knowledge of GD&T and able to quickly read the drawings, understand the measurement requirements and measure accordingly to the drawings.

• Able to independently write CMM programs and operate three-coordinate measuring machines, and those who know Wenze or Zeiss three-coordinate measuring machines are preferred.

• Able to use Three-coordinate CMM, FARO joint arm measuring instrument, projector, height gauge, roughness meter, micrometer, plug gauge, etc.
