Responsibilities:

·       Maintenance and repair of automation machinery on-board vessel

·       Perform diagnostic checks on automated system

·       Assist in installation and commissioning of navigational equipment

·       Carry out system software checks and update on ship management system.

·       Conduct software troubleshooting on ship management system

·       Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress

·       Ensure compliance with relevant government regulations and the company’s QHSE policies.

·       Able to interpret electronic, PLC ladder and system functional diagram

Requirements:

·       Diploma/Higher Nitec/Nitec in Electronic/Electrical or its equivalent

·       Working experience in marine navigational or electronic system will be advantageous.

·       Willing to travel island wide.

·       Willing to work in the shipyard environment.
