About the Role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Assembly Technicians to build and assemble wire bonding machines. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. This is a great opportunity to kickstart your career in engineering and manufacturing.

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble and build wire bonding machines according to specifications

• Ensure product quality and accuracy during assembly

• Work closely with team leaders and supervisors on production schedules

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area

• Support other related tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma in Engineering or related field preferred

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma holders welcome

• Entry-level candidates with interest in hands-on assembly are encouraged to apply

• Willing to work on rotating shifts

Salary & Benefits

• Up to $2,400/month depending on qualification

• Additional shift allowances (amount to be confirmed)

• Overtime pay as applicable

• Comprehensive training provided

Shift Schedule (Rotating, Mon–Fri + alternate full Saturdays, 45 mins break each shift)

• 1st Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM

• 2nd Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM

• 3rd Shift: 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM
