Working Arrangement: 6 days work week (Rotating shift: between 5am to 8pm) 

1. Cook

Job Description

• Cook Food batch by batch

• Make drinks using Cambro

• Helping in Serving of Food

• Area Cleaning

• Assist Sous Chef/ Junior Sous Chef with the kitchen work

• Preparation and cooking food according to assigned menus

• Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients

• Ensure high standard of cleanliness and hygiene maintained in the kitchen at all times

• Able to recognize what are the control forms

• Provide quality service during serving

• Collect food sample

• Operate / record a hot holding cabinet and food warmers

• Ensure daily operations is aligned to all company policies, procedures and maximum standards

• Ensures daily cooking procedures are in accordance with Camp Cook House's (CCH) SOP

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in hot kitchen (preferred hotel / catering / buffet)

2. Kitchen Assistant 

Job Description

• Serving Food

• Cut and wash Vegetables

• Wash Pots and Pan

• Area and Floor wash up

• Rearrange Walk in Chiller and Freezer Raw material

Job Requirements

• Willing to learn, hardworking, responsible and discipline

• Applicants without experience will be provided with training (OJT)

• Able to stand long working hours

• Able to carry heavy load (15-20kg)
