Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is to provide general office administrative support to the working team.
Main responsibilities
· Handle internal and external correspondence in a professional manner.
· Prepare presentation slides for meetings and corporate presentations.
· Coordinate with volunteers and corporate partners for charity events.
· Execute administrative tasks related to charity programs and events.
· Engage and follow up with new volunteers to ensure smooth onboarding.
· Maintain accurate records and filing of documents and correspondence.
· Attend and provide support during distribution events and Community Mart.
· Assist in updating and maintaining social media platforms.
· Provide general office administrative support on a day-to-day basis.
· Support and coordinate ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications
· Min ‘O’ level, Nitec, or Diploma in Business Administrative
· 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience preferred;
· fresh graduates with the right attitude may be considered
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PoerPoint);
· basic social media skills (eg. Facebook, Instagram, Canva) a plus
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
· Team player with a position
