Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and maintain a variety of contracts, including NDAs, vendor agreements, and service contracts.

• Liaise with external lawyers and support internal departments.

• Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure legal requirements, internal policies, and corporate governance principles are adhered to.

• Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Degree in Law, admission as advocate and solicitor in Singapore not required

• Experience with contract management systems and corporate governance tool with min 3 to 4 years Post Qualified Experience

• Proficient in MS Office and Outlook

• Attention to details, able to review and advise salient issues in a timely manner

• Good time and project management skills

• Familiarity with Telecom/IT industry will be an advantage
