1. Salary range: Operator: $1600 Basic ; Line Leader, Up to $2,500 Basic

2. Allowances: Role ($30 - $100) Quarterly Incentive ($100 - $300)

3. Permanent Night, Mon to Fri, 8pm to 5:30am ($15/per shift)

1. Production Operator /Line Leader

• Responsible  safe operations of equipment to manufacture products. 

• Perform checks and ensure safety features (machine guarding, interlocks, etc)

• Report immediately to direct supervisor if any safety features are not functional or alteration.

• Comply with the management regulation of company and department, obey the job assignment.

• Comfortable using long hour of Microscope for inspection of defects.
