Job Description

1. Merchandising and Display

Arrange and maintain product displays according to company standards.

Ensure shelves are fully stocked, clean, and organized.

Replace damaged or outdated products and assist with inventory checks.

2. Promotional Support

Set up and manage in-store promotional displays and signage as instructed by the marketing and sales team.

Distribute samples or promotional materials to customers during events, in store sampling or roadshows.

Engage with customers to explain ongoing promotions and gain customers and sales through sampling and activation.

3. Retail Operations Assistance

Unpack deliveries, organize stock in storage areas, and replenish retail shelves as needed.

Monitor stock levels and report shortages and take orders promptly.

Collaborate with store staff and build relationship with retail stores.

4. Customer Engagement

Greet and assist customers with product inquiries when needed.

Provide product information about promotions or special offers.

Requirement

• Minimum completed primary school or equivalent

• Self-motivated, able to work independently and a team player

• 5.5 days' work week
