Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general handyman duties including:

  • Plumbing repairs (e.g. pipe leaks, tap replacements, clearing chokes).

  • Plastering, patching, and painting walls and ceilings.

  • Basic carpentry and furniture repair.

• Support installation of equipment and minor renovation works.

• Maintain records of work performed and report completed tasks.

• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with safety standards and procedures.

• Respond to emergency repair calls and attend to ad-hoc assignments when required.

• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repair work when needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in general handyman work.

• Good hands-on knowledge in plumbing, plastering, basic carpentry, and painting.

• Physical work required

• GCE "O" Level

• Must be able to lift heavy objects and able to work at heights or in confined spaces if needed.

• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Able to work Morning shifts, Afternoon shifts and Night shifts
