• Basic Salary: up to $3500

• Location : Alps avenue.  Company transport from Tanan Merah and Tampines MRT

• Mon to fri, 9am to 5.30pm,Alternate sat 9am to 1pm
  
   

The Role:

• Responding to customer inquiries about airfreight services, rates, schedules, and documentation.

• Coordinating with departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments.

• Assisting customers with booking, pickups, and tracking shipments.

• Resolving customer complaints and ensuring compliance with airfreight regulations.

• Maintaining records of customer interactions and collaborating with the operations team to improve service.
