IT Project Executive - #1114348

1. Support the IT Manager in managing the IT project pipeline and ensuring compliance with SDLC processes; contribute to project planning by considering priority, complexity, and resource availability.

2. Review IT project and change requests, maintain the project master list, and provide regular updates and reports on project status, progress, and accomplishments.

3. Assign references to IT requests, review business process changes, conduct preliminary risk and dependency assessments, and coordinate with requestors and the DevOps team.

4. Collaborate with the 42Q support team on new error types, facilitate knowledge transfer to the IT support team, and establish SOPs for handling common 42Q issues.

5. Translate customer and internal business requirements into functional specifications and provide support on solutions related to manufacturing and business systems.

6. Report IT project and change management progress to business stakeholders, contribute to IT solution design, and support system backup development.

7. Identify system gaps and dependencies through analysis, support SIT execution, coordinate UAT with business stakeholders, and ensure quality deliverables.

8. Coordinate with HQ IT teams (SAP, B2B, GSCM, WMS, etc.) for issue root cause analysis, conduct testing, and align solutions with business requirements.

9. Work closely with support and development teams on issue resolution, root cause analysis, and bug fixes.

Requirements

• Min 1 to 3 years’ experience in gathering user requirements, performing analysis, drafting functional spec and implementing IT systems. With good communication and analytical skill.     

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science / Engineering or relevant

• Familiar with any VB/.NET/C# programming skillset and understand project management fundmentals.

• Relevant experience in IT domain or manufacturing process background.
