Desktop Engineer - West - #1114320

Location: west and sometimes at paya lebar

5 days per week
2 weekend per month (Shift allowance provided)

Rotating SHIFT Work Hours: 

Shift A: 8AM - 5PM, Shift B: 9AM - 6PM (Weekdays)

Shift D 8AM - 6.30PM*(Weekend)

Contract Duration 12 months (Renewable)

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Situated on site at customer’s premise to provide IT support for end users

• Provide Technical support for all end users devices such as laptops, desktops, mobile devices printers, and approved software

• Provide IT support for events if required

• Facilitate and provide technical / event support for the classroom, Lab, meeting room and other areas that have Audio Visual System.

• To oversee the day-to-day teaching facility operations, which include loan of portable devices, accessory and supplying of consumable items such as battery for wireless mic.

Job Requirements:

- At least a Higher NITEC or Diploma in IT / Audio Visual related disciplines or equivalent;

- At least 1 years of relevant IT support experience

Must have relevant technical IT expertise and skills.

- Must be able to communicate (verbal and written) clearly and converse in good conversational English.

- Must have good telephony skills.

- Must be good at problem solving.

- Must have good customer service attitude and skills.

- Must project a professional image when on duty.
