Position: Aircraft Technician (Component Repair)

Job Description

Heat Treatment & Special Processes:

• Perform Heat Treatment, Dayton, Brazing, IVA Process, and Plasma Spray Process.

Surface Preparation & Coating:

• Perform tape masking and blasting for surface preparation.

• Operate ovens and pneumatic vibro peening equipment.

Aircraft Engine Component Maintenance & Repair:

• Inspect and repair aircraft engine compressor and turbine blades.

• Perform heat treatment, welding, and repairs on aircraft engine parts.

• Conduct machining operations on aircraft engine parts.

• Profile cold section compressor air-foils.

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Support:

• Assist in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) for aircraft engine parts.
   

Job requirement:

• Minimum diploma in engineering, preferably in Aerospace or relevant certificates.  

• At least 2 years of working experience in the aviation industry, excluding OJT/Helper.

• Mechanically and electrically trained (maintenance). 

• Exposure on wide bodied airframes, Boeing and Airbus commercial aircrafts.

• Able to commit rotating shifts, if applicable.
