We are seeking 1 proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support our HR and Admin operations. This role provides critical support in payroll, recruitment, employee engagement, and worker management within a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
Handle accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary computation, benefits administration, and staff claims.
Support HR operations across recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee movements, training, and statutory reporting.
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Maintain organized and up-to-date personnel records and documentation.
Assist in managing worker-related matters, including employment and mobilization processes, accommodation allocation and upkeep, and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and company events.
Provide general administrative support when required.
Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Diploma or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
Proficient in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking colleagues).
Immediate availability will be highly advantageous
