About the role

We are seeking a talented and organised Admin Assistant to join our team at 1STEP Pest Control Services Pte Ltd, based in the Tampines North East Region. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of our growing company.

What you'll be doing

• Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management

• Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service

• Support the procurement of office supplies and equipment

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of office systems and procedures

• Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth running of the office

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role

• Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment

• A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
