Sales Engineer (Industrial Equipment) - #1114145

Job Responsibilities:

·       Responsible for direct sale of vacuum pumps, systems, parts and services in Singapore. 

·       Break into new markets and industries.

·       Develop new and key accounts and strive towards achieving sales goals and objectives.

·       Engage the customers on a day-to-day basis to initiate and coordinate sales activities.

·       Responsible for quarterly ales forecasting and meeting monthly and yearly targets for Singapore region.

·       Track and report daily sales activities.

·       Submit weekly and monthly reports promptly.

·       Handle sales inquiries and generate proposal to customers for sale of pumps and spare parts.

·       Create sales leads, follow up on sales opportunities and take ownership to follow up on quotations.

·       Handle contract review prior to order entry.

·       Coordinate with Order Admin team on shipment update and information going back to the customer up to the point of delivery.

·       Working closely with customers to find application possibilities and propose suitable technical solutions.

·       Conduct competitive analysis and identify market price for various customers and market segments in Singapore.

·       Conduct product and application training.

Requirements:

·       NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.

·       3 years of relevant sales experience in engineering related industries.

·       Possess strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·       Strong prospecting and cold calling skills to identify, filter and qualify leads to effectively manage a pipeline of prospects.

·       Self-motivated and able to work independently under fast-paced environment.

·       Possess own vehicle.

·       Ability to work under pressure.
