Description:

• Plan, supervise, and execute daily inbound & outbound admin/operations activities to meet KPIs.

• Allocate resources, resolve operational issues, and maintain accurate records.

• Train, supervise, and ensure team compliance with HSE, security, 5S, quality, and system processes.

• Liaise with customers, transporters, and vendors for shipments, returns, and day-to-day matters.

• Generate and submit operational reports (daily/weekly/monthly).

• Support system testing, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Recommend disciplinary actions, arrange overtime when needed, and assist in team building.

• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager/Operations Executive

Requirement:

• Preferably 3 years of related experience

• Good in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, VBA)

• Experience in using and creating operations dashboards (e.g.
  PowerBI, Tableau) is an added advantage

• Able to communicate effectively with internal / external customers.

• Must have experience in leading a team
