As a HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring a positive employee experience and smooth HR operations. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Job Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Welfare
Drive staff engagement through welfare initiatives, recreational activities, and company-wide events such as frontline sales support, annual National Day Parade participation.
Payroll
Verify staff claims and support payroll administration.
Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS, including attendance, leave, and personal data.
Take ownership of payroll for a division.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Partner with hiring managers on end-to-end recruitment for local and foreign hires.
Manage onboarding processes, including induction, monthly corporate orientation, and confirmation matters
Oversee uniform issuance and inventory management.
General HR Support
Administer work pass applications, renewals, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Handle staff insurance claims and assist in Company's insurance policy renewals.
Manage exit procedures including exit interviews, clearance, and reporting.
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and HR-related matters.
Maintain and update content on the company intranet.
Any ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in business related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of related working experience.
Must be able to work independently and in a team.
Familiar with MOM Employment Legislation
Knowledge of Payroll System will be advantageous.
Able to start within short notice.
