ServiceNow Developer

Join the dynamic team to work alongside experienced consultants, designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that enhance IT operations and workflow efficiencies for leading organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications according to business needs.
• Develop and maintain workflows, forms, scripts, UI policies, and reports.
• Provide ongoing technical support and enhancements to ServiceNow implementations.
• Assist in gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Configure core ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM).
• Participate in UAT and assist with data migration.
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor performance and KPIs.
• Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with other enterprise systems.
• Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience with ServiceNow, specifically ITOM modules.
• Hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Familiarity with Observability tools is an advantage.
• Proficient in creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects: business rules, client scripts, UI actions, ACLs, etc.
• Experience in User Management including roles, groups, and permissions.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS-ITOM) are a plus.
