Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for processing user reservation-related data and promptly addressing and resolving various data issues;
2. Monitor and analyze daily operational data and statistics, assist superiors in problem-solving, and regularly propose optimization plans;
3. Perform domain-related data checks, processing, and analysis to ensure data accuracy and integrity;
4. Resolve after-sales issues, including domain backend operations and customer service-related problems;
5. Coordinate and communicate across departments (such as Customer Service and Technical) to provide actionable improvement suggestions and complete product data processing and user feedback tasks;
6. Handle domain reservation requests, conduct detailed data reporting and analysis, identify root causes, and propose solutions;
7. Participate in system optimization and process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and user experience;
8. Provide timely feedback on abnormal situations to ensure smooth communication between the platform and customers;
9. Complete other tasks assigned by the department manager.
Job requirements:
1. Education requirements: Bachelor degree or above, more than 1 year of working experience in the Internet, e-commerce industry or platform enterprise, familiarity with domain names and domain name industry is preferred;
2. Majors: English, foreign trade, computer, Internet, marketing, e-commerce are preferred;
3. Have a strong sense of responsibility, good expression and communication skills, and a sense of teamwork;
4. Have good learning ability, communication skills, be positive and optimistic, have a strong enterprising spirit, and be passionate about the industry you are engaged in;
5. Have good data analysis skills and strong insight. Can make optimization suggestions for work processes and maintain feedback;
6. Have fluent English & Chinese communication skills to liase with key stakeholders.
