Job Description
Accurately take and process customer orders via phone, email, or messaging.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
Provide dedicated account servicing and support for regular customers.
Update product pricing and stock allocations using our ERP system.
Job Requirements
Minimum O-Level qualification with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Meticulous and organized individual with strong attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Mandarin is essential due to the nature of our product (pork) and customer base.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) is an advantage.
44 hours work week (alternate Saturdays)
Able to work on Public Holidays if necessary.
