Senior Executive (Temp) Clinical Governance - #1113986

This is a Temporary contract position for Maternity Coverage.

You will play an instrumental role in patient care delivery by ensuring hospital compliance with relevant regulatory and standard requirements. This role includes reviewing documentation for compliance, maintaining databases, and participating in quality improvement programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure hospital compliance with all relevant regulatory and standard requirements. Conduct checks and audits to verify compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.

• Support SKH Senior Management in facilitating Leadership Ground Connect (LGC) and Chairman of Medical Board Ground Connect (CMB GC) sessions to promote a safety culture.

• Support training programs, workshops and education related to Patient Safety, including curation of bulletins and posters/ banners.

• Other administrative duties such as: closure of clinical incident reports, prepare reports and presentations, maintain and manage relevant databases.

• Review, investigate and analyse clinical incidents reported, including reviewing of medical records, where required.

In addition to core duties, the individual will also be exposed to other supportive tasks assigned within the department to facilitate clinical governance.

Requirements:

• Degree in Healthcare-related field preferred.

• Degree in non-healthcare-related field may be considered if the individual demonstrates knowledge of the hospital care setting.

• Proficiency in IT applications (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Meticulous attention to detail and sense of responsibility

• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment

• Excellent interpersonal abilities

• Possess strong team spirit and strong team collaboration skills
