Responsibilities
Sales and development in General Trade- FMCG
Identify and source for new customer accounts and business opportunities
Identify sales gaps and work with manager to propose close gap measures
Conduct regular customer visits to understand customers’ needs and to improve customer retention and relationship
Generating and developing sales to achieve assigned sales targets and monthly KPI.
Planning and executing promotion at the outlets to meet trade excellence.
Regularly servicing stores as per designated coverage.
Performing to DSO/debt collection and resolving long outstanding where applicable.
Opening new outlets and attending sales enquiries.
To achieve individual management monthly & yearly sales target
Manage & monitor customers' payment
Other ad-hoc jobs as assigned
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years’ sales experience in similar role/industry
Basic + Transport + Commissions
Good to have existing connections with Food Services / General Trade customers
Sales-driven
Basic PC knowledge & Microsoft Office
Individuals must have own vehicle
5 days work week
