Location: Seletar
Basic Salary: $3500 - $4000

Responsibilities:

• Plan equipment, materials, and manpower to execute job orders efficiently.

• Monitor production execution and address potential issues promptly.

• Track production progress to ensure quality standards and customer specifications are met.

• Escalate complex production issues to the Manager for resolution.

• Analyze back orders, current orders, and upcoming orders to prioritize and schedule production.

• Coordinate with Estimation, Purchasing, and Production teams to optimize workflow and runtime.

• Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and safety procedures.

• Continuously support process improvements to enhance production efficiency and output.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in both manual and CNC machining

• Fabrication, aircraft jigs & fixtures, mechanical assembly, and aircraft maintenance tooling

• Familiar with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems
