Work Schedule: 5.5-day work week

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Construction Supervisor to oversee site operations and ensure projects are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to plan.

Responsibilities:

On-Site Operations

• Supervise Workers: Direct and coordinate construction workers and subcontractors, assigning tasks based on their skills and experience.

• Manage Resources: Oversee the delivery and usage of materials and equipment, ensuring they are available when needed to prevent project delays.

• Quality Control: Inspect ongoing work to verify compliance with quality standards and building codes.

• Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment free of hazards.

Safety & Compliance

• Enforce Safety Regulations: Implement and enforce health, safety, and regulatory protocols on the construction site.

• Monitor Hazards: Conduct regular site inspections to identify and eliminate potential safety risks.

• Provide Training: Educate workers on safety practices and emergency procedures.

Communication & Documentation

• Report Progress: Provide regular updates on project status and progress to project managers and stakeholders.

• Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of work progress, daily activities, and material deliveries for transparent project tracking.

• Collaborate: Work closely with project managers, architects, clients, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

- Valid driving or motorbike license (to travel between sites).

- Construction background or relevant experience preferred.

- Available to work on weekends

- Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
