Electrical Technician / Electrician (Smart Home Systems) - #1113858

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, configure and setup smart home devices for home owners on site.

• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity, and Smart Home hardware/software

• Familiarize end users on software, hardware and peripheral device operation used in smart home ecosystem

• Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on smart home deivces

• Performs remedial repairs on smart home devices

• Dealing with hardware and application support queries and issues reported to the support desk and escalated to the Desktop Support Engineers

• Responsible for tracking hardware and software inventory

• Take ownership and responsibility of queries, issues and problems assigned

• Resolve and update incidents with in SLA and also update stakeholders

• Update KB with solution provided

• Use tools and methodologies to load, copy and customize operating system configurations for deployment

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday plus (Alt Saturday full day), 9:30PM - 5:00PM 

Salary:

• $2100 - $2900 + PB
