About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic intern to support our HR & Events team. This role involves assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external events, while also contributing to core HR initiatives and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end event planning: brainstorming, logistics coordination (e.g. seminars, corporate event for adviser and client event) vendor management, and execution.
Support internal events such as team-building activities, celebrations, and training sessions.
Coordinate communication with attendees, speakers, and vendors.
Assist with post-event feedback collection and reporting.
Perform general administrative duties, including meeting minutes and to support event planning with attention to budget considerations.
Provide administrative support for ongoing employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, documentation, and engagement initiatives.
Help maintain event calendars, checklists, and documentation.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in HR, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Passionate about events and people engagement.
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
