Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations and support matters and ensure maintenance works comply to contractual requirements, company policies and local regulations.
Point of Contact to handle escalated issues and address operational issues or queries from customers.
Manage budget and ensures revenue growth of department aligns to organization goal.
Develop new capabilities and secure new businesses by collaborating with internal teams and industry partners.
Plan and facilitate staff professional growth.
Fosters an innovative working culture and drives continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification/Experience/Knowledge Required
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Min 2 to 3 Years Experience as Service Delivery Manager related to M&E engineering
Hands on experience in maintenance of Power Generators, HVAC, electrical power systems and Hydraulic Systems preferred
Strong understanding of local codes, regulations, and standards related to M&E services
Excellent presentation skills, writing and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical issues.
