• Position : Shipping Manager – Up to $6,500 – Central Singapore

• Location : Central Singapore

• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: Office Hours 

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6,500 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

• Duration : Perm 

Responsibilities: 

• Expertly prepare and manage all pre- and post-shipment documents in compliance with international regulations and customer requirements.

• Proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks, staying current on changing international trade laws to ensure accurate documentation.

• Liaise with internal teams and external customers to resolve issues, gather information, and ensure smooth export processes.

• Analyze and re-engineer documentation workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness, often in collaboration with IT and other teams.

• Maintain meticulous digital and physical records of all export documentation for audits and to prevent customs delays.

• Train and mentor team members on proper documentation procedures and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in export documentation or relevant experience

• Proficiency in export documentation software and systems

• Candidates needs to have mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
