Job Duties

• Manage Marketplace & Website Activities

• Manage E-commerce Sites Content

• Manage Product Listing 

• Order Processing: Ensure that e-commerce platforms’ orders are fulfilled promptly to ensure timely delivery.

• Provide weekly and monthly reporting on e commerce sales performance.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Experience in handling e-commerce platforms/systems (eg. Lazada Shopee, NTUC Online, RedMart, etc.)

• Proactive, resourceful and work independently

• Strong communication skills and ability

• Mandarin speaking in order to communicate with clients.

• Digital/Social Marketing experience is a bonus

• Proficient in MS office applications.
