CAD/BIM Drafter (Architecture) | Up to $3,500 - #1113703

Duration: 6 months

Location: Maxwell

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Edit, clean, and maintain approved building and floor plans in 2D CAD and 3D BIM formats.

• Systematically document, organise, and file CAD/BIM data to ensure integrity and accessibility.

• Collaborate with the team to track the progress of digitalisation tasks.

• Support timely delivery of digitalised data for downstream implementation and project use.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Architecture or related field, or equivalent professional experience in drafting for building/architecture projects.

• Proficient in drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD) and able to read and interpret building/floor plans.

• Knowledge of BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit) is a plus, but not essential.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs to maintain data accuracy.

• Collaborative team player with good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
