Junior Account Executive

• Good accounting working experience and training in electronic component trading company

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure overall financial compliance and maintenance of accounting records.

2. Support with the timely and accurate closing of monthly financial accounts, comprising Account Payables, Account Receivable and General Ledger function and preparation of audit schedules

3. Bank Reconciliation and monitoring of AR AP aging.

4. Review and exercise Credit control for customers.

5. Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirement

1. Diploma/Degree in Accounting

2. Experience 0-5 years of experience

3. Familiar with Microsoft Office, eg. Excel and Word

4. Clear understanding of accounting standard and practices

5. Organised, meticulous and detailed.

6. 5 day work week.
