As a Senior Social Worker - Family Service Centre, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assess clients’ needs and develop intervention plans.

• Provide counseling to individuals, couples, and families.

• Conduct regular follow-ups and reviews of case plans.

• Design and facilitate group work programs to address common issues (e.g., parenting, financial literacy).

• Organize community outreach activities and events to strengthen support networks.

• Provide immediate support to individuals or families in distress (e.g., family violence, sudden loss, housing issues).

• Coordinate with emergency services or shelters when required.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Social Work/ Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work or equivalent.
