As a HR Executive, Learning and Development, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Collaborate with Business Units to conduct comprehensive learning needs analyses, identifying both current and future requirements aligned with business objectives.
Oversee the end-to-end Learning & Development (L&D) process, including training plan development, delivery methods, stakeholder and vendor coordination, course registration, programme evaluation, grant/bond administration, and vendor payment (invoice validation and budget reconciliation).
Build partnerships with Institutes of Higher Learning and national agencies to coordinate internships, professional attachments, and scholarship programmes.
Administer the training reimbursements, ensuring full compliance with documentation and submission requirements.
Maintain accurate training records, including tracking, reporting, and responding to audits or training-related surveys from internal or external stakeholders.
Support talent development and succession planning by implementing structured and tailored succession plans for identified high-potential employees.
Facilitate onboarding by designing orientation content and materials, and by analysing feedback and data to enhance the new hire experience.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Possess a Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
