• Position : Administrative Assistant (Purchasing) - Up to $3,000 - Sungei Kadut

• Location : Sungei Kadut

• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 6.00PM 

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,000 + Performance Bonus + AWS + 10-14 Days Annual Leave + WFH Flexibility (Upon Confirmation)

• Duration : Perm

• Industry : Manufacture of Cement, Lime and Plaster

Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and request quotations from suppliers.

• Process and track purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.

• Maintain accurate records in Xero and Monday.com.

• Schedule and track procurement of raw materials for HDB projects.

• Work closely with project and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries

Requirements:  

• Proficient in Microsoft Office & XERO 

• Candidates needs to have mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
