Role Overview
Optimize and characterize semiconductor advanced packaging processes, leveraging data-driven experimentation to enhance product performance, automation, and manufacturing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Define process flows, specifications, and requirements; verify through Design of Experiments (DoE).

• Collaborate with customers on new product process design and feasibility verification.

• Propose new concepts and analyze data to enhance existing product performance.

• Troubleshoot machinery and perform process analysis to optimize parameters.

• Support internal machinery optimization and customer sample evaluation.

• Conduct on-site process optimization to meet customer requirements.

Ideal Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher in Applied Physics, Applied Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of DoE, FMECA, statistics, and instrumentation.

• Proficient in MATLAB, JMP, Python, or similar tools for data analysis.

• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in analytical work.

• Experience in microelectronics is a plus.

• Willingness for occasional business trips.
