Driving yield improvement, process stability, risk reduction, and customer confidence through data integrity and robust analytics.
To develop and improve semiconductor in product quality assurance activities via Statistical technique to meet the organization goal and customer quality requirements.
To host Statistical Process Control(SPC) review meeting and drive Continuous Improvement Program across operation
To maintain and Support Quality Management System and Quality Planning for operation effectiveness.
Coordinator for plant wide SPC activities
Setup new SPC control /chart/rule in the shopfloor and monitoring
Quarterly Control Limit review
Conduct capability studies (CPK, PPK, GR&R) to evaluate process robustness.
Weekly CPK performance review
Establish SBL/SYL control
Setup error proofing control
Setup SPC Realtime monitoring Dashboard
Use statistical modeling to predict potential reliability risks
Design of Experiments (DOE) & Predictive Modeling
Provide statistical justification during customer and certification audits
Develop sampling plans (MIL-STD, ISO 2859, C=0, etc.) for incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections.
Partner with CQE, QA, Operations, and R&D teams to define data-driven decision-making processes.
Provide training to engineers and operators on statistical tools (JMP, Camline SPC).
Ensure departmental KPI was achieve.
Involved in or initiate process improvements, projects, task forces, CIP meetings etc.
To develop and maintain operational specifications.
Support New project engagement during product qualification and deployment
Develop and maintain QA databases, workflow and controls
To perform internal Audits and ensure operations compliance.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field
Preferably 5 years’ semiconductor working experience in Quality Control Assurance field or related experience, related to Semiconductor Manufacturing or wafer industries
Strong knowledge of statistical methods: SPC, DOE, hypothesis testing, regression, ANOVA, capability analysis, sampling plans.
Understanding of 5 Core Tool (APQP,PPAP,FMEA,SPC,MSA) will be an added advantage
Certified Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skill
