Customer Service Executive (Logistics) - Basic up to $3000, East/West - #1113448

Summary :

• Basic up to $3000

• 5 days work (9am-6pm)

• AWS+VB

• East/West

Key Responsibility :

• Assist the Customer Service Department and report directly to the Team Manager.

• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.

• Keen to learn and willing to take on assigned responsibilities.

• Basic knowledge of air and sea logistics will be an advantage.

• Manage all bookings for both air and sea shipments.

• Coordinate and liaise with air and sea carriers.

• Communicate and follow up with customers on shipment requirements.

• Handle sea freight documentation, including bookings, Bills of Lading (BL), and related paperwork.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in the freight industry; candidates without experience may also be considered.
