Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, safety, and quality standards.

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating site works to meet project deadlines.

• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical and operational issues.

• Conduct site inspections, verify completed works, and prepare progress reports.

• Manage site documentation, including method statements, inspection records, and as-built drawings.

• Support in material requisitions, cost control, and ensuring efficient use of resources.

• Ensure workplace safety standards are upheld and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and authorities when required.

Requirements

• Min Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.

• Min 3-5 years of relevant site experience in the construction industry.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM software (e.g., Revit), and Microsoft Project.

• Hands-on exposure to structural and architectural works; experience in HDB projects is advantageous.

• Good knowledge of construction methodologies, regulations, and quality standards.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

• Able to work independently, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced project environment.
