- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring the store is clean and organized.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or business is a plus.
- Proven experience in a retail sales or customer service role is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Proficient in using technology and point-of-sale systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new products and procedures.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy merchandise if required.
