Position Summary:
We're seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through strategic business development and relationship building. You'll identify new market opportunities, develop client relationships, and execute marketing-driven sales strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development:
Develop new business opportunities
Prepare sale quotations and proposals, conduct product presentation to customers
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
Build and maintain a good pipeline of qualified prospects
Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets
Develop strategic partnerships and channel relationships
Marketing Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and sales materials
Provide market feedback to inform product development and positioning
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
Collaborate on content creation including case studies, whitepapers, and sales collateral
Client Relationship Management:
Manage full sales cycle from initial contact through contract signing and onboarding
Maintain ongoing relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts
Gather and analyze client feedback to improve service offerings
Performance & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records in CRM system
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
Participate in sales meetings and strategic planning sessions
Requirements :
Diploma and/or Degree in Marketing with experience in selling products to schools and architects
Services to new and existing customers
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Possess initiative and able to work independently and under tight dateline
Self-motivated and results-driven
Possess own transport will be an added advantage
Ability to operate Auto CAD wil be an added advantage
Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + Commission
5 days weeks
