Position Summary:

We're seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through strategic business development and relationship building. You'll identify new market opportunities, develop client relationships, and execute marketing-driven sales strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets.


Key Responsibilities :

Business Development:

  • Develop new business opportunities

  • Prepare sale quotations and proposals, conduct product presentation to customers

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation

  • Build and maintain a good pipeline of qualified prospects

  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets

  • Develop strategic partnerships and channel relationships


Marketing Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and sales materials

  • Provide market feedback to inform product development and positioning

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions

  • Collaborate on content creation including case studies, whitepapers, and sales collateral


Client Relationship Management:

  • Manage full sales cycle from initial contact through contract signing and onboarding

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts

  • Gather and analyze client feedback to improve service offerings


Performance & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM system

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts

  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape

  • Participate in sales meetings and strategic planning sessions


Requirements :

  • Diploma and/or Degree in Marketing with experience in selling products to schools and architects

  • Services to new and existing customers

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Possess initiative and able to work independently and under tight dateline

  • Self-motivated and results-driven

  • Possess own transport will be an added advantage

  • Ability to operate Auto CAD wil be an added advantage

  • Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + Commission

  • 5 days weeks
